Frasers Group is hiring a Support Technician for its Maintenance Engineering team at Shirebrook. The role provides maintenance support for distribution systems and equipment such as conveyor belts, sorting machines, and automated storage systems; troubleshoots simple issues, performs inspections and preventive maintenance, monitors system performance, maintains CMMS records, and collaborates with maintenance, distribution, and logistics teams. It is a semi-skilled entry-level engineering role requiring confidence working at height and in small spaces, teamwork, and communication; engineering qualifications or prior semi-skilled maintenance experience are desirable but not essential.
