Glassmoon Services is hiring a Support Worker to provide person-centered, 24-hour support to young people with autism and/or learning disabilities, including complex needs. The role involves enabling independence, supporting community participation and relationships, maintaining support plans and records, observing and reporting changes, and safeguarding welfare.
