Glassmoon Services is hiring a Support Worker to provide 24-hour, person-centred support and care to young people with autism and/or learning disabilities, including complex needs. The role involves enabling independence, supporting community participation and relationships, maintaining support plans and records, safeguarding welfare, observing and reporting changes, and collaborating with professionals and families. Drivers are preferred, and the employer provides paid comprehensive training and funded pre-employment checks.
