Croon en Bergh is hiring a Support Worker A to support residents in a residential facility in rural Burgerbrug. The role involves helping residents with daily routines, activities, personal care, skill development, behavior changes, household tasks, and outdoor work, while maintaining a calm and supportive group atmosphere. Applicants need a completed Social Care or Pedagogy qualification at least at MBO level 3, knowledge of mild intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, and attachment, plus strong social skills and interest in anthroposophy. The position offers a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment, a salary of €2,597–€3,635 per month based on a full-time 36-hour week, vacation, pension, health insurance discounts, bonuses, and other benefits.
