Description
Sprank is hiring a Support Worker for its Hart van Vathorst residence, which serves residents with mild intellectual disabilities and ASD. The role supports clients with daily activities and activities of daily living, maintains contact with their networks, administers medication when needed, performs nursing procedures, updates electronic client records, and assists with household tasks. Available shifts include morning, evening, sleep-in/night, and weekend shifts. The position offers a one-year contract for 16 to 24 hours per week, with possible conversion to a permanent contract, and requires an MBO level 3 qualification in care, social work, or education, a Christian faith community membership, and a VOG certificate.
