Description
The IAG Caseworker provides tailored one-to-one information, advice, and support to service users affected by menopause and hormonal health, including rights, choices, and options. The role manages a caseload, delivers inclusive workshops, coordinates with external specialists and carers, maintains accessible information resources and client records, supports reporting and service improvement, and complies with safeguarding, GDPR, and other organisational policies. It requires education in English and Maths, an NVQ 3 in Information, Advice and Guidance or willingness to complete it within 12 months, at least 12 months of experience supporting people with learning disabilities or autism, and experience with caseload management, workshops, accessible communication, and networking.
