Description
Cera is hiring a Mental Health Support Worker in the Southend area to support people with mental health conditions and a history of substance misuse. The role involves crisis support, de-escalation, active listening, positive behaviour promotion, emergency handling, and possible personal care, with training provided and no prior experience required. Shifts are block shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 with weekend availability every other week; drivers are required.
