Cera is hiring Support Workers in the Dolgellau area to support people with learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions. The role involves helping individuals learn new skills, live independently, build social networks, and maintain safe and secure living environments; it may include personal care. Shifts are 12-hour day or night blocks, with part-time or full-time options and some weekend work required. Drivers are considered, no prior experience is required, and training is provided.
