Cordaan is hiring a Support Worker for its Colijnstraat residential care location in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, serving older adults with mild or moderate intellectual disabilities and a psychiatric background. The role provides support with everyday activities, helps clients achieve goals through individual plans, and works independently or as part of a team under the guidance of a personal support worker.
