Driestroom is hiring a Support Worker to support residents with mild and moderate intellectual disabilities and psychiatric conditions in a protected residential setting. The role involves contributing to care plans, coordinating with residents’ social networks, supporting residents’ self-reliance and quality of life, and helping with administrative tasks. The position is based at the Zuiling or Mondriaan residential facilities in Elst, requires an MBO level 3 diploma and relevant care experience, and offers flexible 24-hour availability. Compensation is €2,597–€3,635 gross per month based on 36 hours per week, with additional leave, bonuses, and benefits.
