Glassmoon Services is hiring a Support Worker to provide person-centered, 24-hour support to young people with autism and/or learning disabilities, including complex needs. The role involves enabling independence, maintaining relationships and community connections, completing support plans, monitoring changing needs, safeguarding welfare, and collaborating with professionals.
