Glassmoon Services is hiring a Support Worker to provide 24-hour, person-centred support to young people with autism and/or learning disabilities, including complex needs. The role involves enabling independence, supporting community participation and relationships, maintaining support plans and records, observing and reporting changes, safeguarding welfare, and collaborating with professionals and families. Drivers are preferred, and applicants must have UK right to work and pass funded background, identity, address, and reference checks. The position pays £13.45–£13.81 per hour and includes paid training, pension, employee assistance, and other benefits.
