Kisharon Langdon is hiring full-time Support Workers across North West London to provide personal, social, health, and supported care for people with learning disabilities and autism. The role includes assisting with mobility, domestic tasks, care planning, social activities, appointments, and developing independent living skills, with flexible shifts including weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins. Unqualified candidates are welcome, while qualified candidates must hold an Ofqual QCF (NVQ) Level 3 qualification or higher in Health & Social Care.
