Description
The Support Worker provides daily personal care and assistance to clients in a lively activity center serving seniors from EMB locations. The role supports clients during day activities, helps create a safe and stimulating environment, responds to changes in behavior or well-being, and collaborates with colleagues to promote client independence. Applicants need a care-related qualification at MBO level 3/4, relevant work experience, and experience in disability care, youth care, elderly care, and/or psychiatry, or strong motivation to work in disability care. The position offers a salary of €2,836–€3,825 based on 36 hours, leave, training, and an intention to offer a permanent employment contract.
