Wiltshire Council is hiring a Customer Support Worker for Bradbury Manor, a short-break service supporting customers and their families and carers. The role involves helping customers participate in meaningful activities, supporting their independence, and working with families and carers. It is a 30-hour-per-week position paying £13.92–£14.36 per hour, with 10% unsocial-hours pay for qualifying shifts, and includes training and a 26-week probationary period.
