Wiltshire Council is hiring a Homecare Assistant to provide short- to mid-term homecare support for people recently discharged from hospital or under the Rapid Response Service. The role involves preventing, reducing, and delaying the need for long-term care, supporting independence, and working on a rota between 7am and 10pm, 365 days a year.
