Description
Wiltshire Council is hiring a Community-Based Care Worker to support customers at Meadow Lodge, a short-break service for people away from their family home. The role involves supporting customers with meaningful activities, working with families and carers, and helping customers maintain independence. It is a 37-hour weekly position paying £13.92–£14.36 per hour plus unsocial-hours plussage, with rolling applications and a 26-week probationary period. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required unless an alternative arrangement is agreed.
