Zozijn is hiring a Support Worker for its Flex & Zo flex pool, working across locations in Oost-Veluwe, Salland-Graafschap, and Achterhoek – De Liemers, including Wilp, Zutphen, Raalte, Zevenaar, and Doetinchem. The role supports people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities in daily living, provides structure and safety, and assists with intensive care needs where necessary. It offers a permanent contract with agreed hours, flexible scheduling, and compensation of up to €3,635 gross per month for FWG scale 35 or up to €3,902 gross per month for FWG scale 40, along with training, leave, pension, and other benefits.
