Kemphaan 9 is hiring a Support Worker to provide intensive personal care and support to 11 clients with severe or profound intellectual disabilities at its Raalte North site. The role involves daily personal care, observing clients’ needs, supporting care-plan development, coordinating with the care team, maintaining contact with families, and helping residents participate in social and leisure activities. The position offers a permanent contract for 18–28 hours per week, with a maximum gross salary of €3,635 per month based on 36 hours, plus benefits and training opportunities.
