Kemphaan 5 in Raalte is hiring a Support Worker to provide personal care, guidance, and development support to 12 clients with intellectual disabilities. The role involves following care plans, monitoring well-being and behavior, contributing to care planning, contacting relatives and support networks, supporting leisure activities, and collaborating with colleagues and the coordinating support worker.
