Raphaëlstichting is hiring a Support Worker B for its MVG residential groups at Scorlewald. The role provides intensive, person-centered support to residents with complex behavioral needs, including morning routines, personal care, activities, one-to-one support, de-escalation, and coordination with care plans and colleagues. The position requires at least MBO level 3 care-related qualification, experience or affinity with EVB+ and complex care, and availability for at least 28 hours per week across Monday through Sunday. The salary is €2,951–€3,980 per month based on a 36-hour full-time week, with a one-year contract and prospects of permanent employment.
