Raphaëlstichting is hiring a Support Worker B to provide daily support, structure, safety, and ADL assistance to adults aged 20 to 55 in an anthroposophical care setting. The role involves observing and interpreting underlying needs, encouraging independence, organizing activities, and working independently and collaboratively with residents and colleagues.
