Raphaëlstichting is hiring a Support Worker B at the Rozemarijn location in Haarlem to provide intensive care and support for young adult residents with intellectual disabilities, autism, behavioral challenges, or psychiatric vulnerabilities. The role includes extensive activities-of-daily-living care, nursing procedures such as tube feeding, hoist use, care-plan work, resident monitoring, and coordination with relatives and other disciplines. Applicants need a relevant MBO level 3 or 4 care qualification, availability for at least 16 hours per week, willingness to work irregular hours including weekends, and strong communication skills.
