Care Farm Artemis is hiring a Support Worker B to provide intensive guidance and support to residents with severe intellectual disabilities in a residential home by the Markermeer. The role involves helping residents with daily activities, emotions, behavior, and structured living, using de-escalation techniques and working collaboratively with colleagues. The position offers fixed hours starting at 18 hours per week, with additional cover shifts, and requires an MMZ level 3 qualification, experience or affinity with residents with an EVB+ indication or difficult-to-interpret behavior, a category B driver’s license, flexibility with shifts, and a valid Certificate of Conduct. Compensation is €2,951–€3,980 per month based on a full-time 36-hour workweek.
