Alliade is hiring a Support Worker to provide personal care, nursing support, activities, and daily-life assistance to people with profound multiple disabilities at residential locations in Drachten. The role involves varying day and evening shifts, collaboration with families and healthcare professionals, and reporting on client well-being. Applicants need a completed level 3 MBO healthcare qualification and a valid Certificate of Conduct. The position offers a permanent contract, up to €3,564 gross per month based on 36 hours, holiday allowance, an end-of-year bonus, travel reimbursement, and other employment benefits.
