Homes for Support is recruiting Casual, Bank, and Sessional Residential Children’s Support Workers in Crewe, Cheshire to provide flexible cover across residential children’s homes. The role supports children and young people aged 5–18 with routines, meals, activities, education, appointments, emotional distress, care plans, safeguarding, records, and handovers. It is a zero-hours, casual position with immediate start availability, pays £13.95–£14.45 per hour plus £45 sleep-in payments, and requires availability for evenings, weekends, and school holidays, along with a full UK driving licence.
