The Support Worker-Graduate Programme is a twelve-month fixed-term role supporting Depaul service users, particularly residents with complex needs, through daily living assistance, hygiene and environment support, key-worker participation, project administration, and health and safety compliance. The position works across a seven-day rota, requires a social care or related qualification, communication and computer literacy, shift availability, and relevant community or voluntary-sector experience, and offers £25,394.88 in compensation.
