Description
Cordaan is hiring a Support Worker in Disability Care for its Kadoelerbreek residential location in Amsterdam North. The role provides care and support to vulnerable older adults with intellectual disabilities, including assistance with everyday activities, building trusted relationships, identifying residents’ needs, and helping clients achieve attainable goals. The position offers a one-year contract for 20–32 hours per week, with a prospect of permanent employment, and pays a gross monthly salary of €2,597–€3,635 based on a 36-hour workweek. Applicants need a completed care qualification at minimum MBO level 3, preferably experience in intellectual disability care, experience with or willingness to learn ADL activities, a positive and professional attitude, and good Dutch proficiency.
