Support Workers and Personal Support Workers provide structure, encouragement of independence, personal attention, a safe living environment, and assistance with activities of daily living for ageing clients with intellectual disabilities or acquired brain injury at a residential flat. The role involves varied care and support tasks, flexibility, and working 16–32 hours per week, with an indefinite direct contract and training opportunities.
