Bartiméus is hiring a Support Worker Plus in Doorn to provide flexible, varied support across five homes and one day activity program for adults and older residents with visual impairments, mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, and other complex needs. The role involves companionship, structure, personal care, activities, and adapting to different residents and teams, with shifts of approximately 6 to 8 hours. It is a permanent contract of 24–32 hours, with no night or sleep-in shifts, and includes holiday allowance, a year-end bonus, flexible benefits, and development opportunities.
