Description
The Supported Employment Contract Manager will provide vocational evaluation, training, placement, and ongoing support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and co-occurring disabilities, while overseeing employment contracts, contract crews, staffing, compliance, and quality. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience working with adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position offers a Monday-through-Friday schedule with some Saturdays, an annual salary of $40,000–$43,000, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
