People Creating Success is hiring a full-time Supported Living Coordinator for adults with developmental disabilities in Santa Maria. The role leads and mentors human-services staff, manages program compliance and service delivery, builds relationships with participants, families, staff, and community partners, supports participants with daily living skills, and develops recognition and retention strategies. Compensation is $55,000–$60,000 per year with mileage reimbursement and health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits. Applicants need at least two years of human-services leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities; experience with participants with developmental disabilities is preferred.
