UCP Oregon is hiring a full-time Supported Living Specialist to provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them make independent choices, learn new skills, participate in community activities, complete chores, and receive assistance with personal care and medication administration. The role requires a flexible schedule with Fridays and Saturdays, 40 hours per week, and includes transportation of clients, a high school diploma or GED, a current driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and two years of driving experience. The position pays $20.93 per hour, offers overtime eligibility, medical, vision, prescription, and alternative care coverage, paid time off, holidays, retirement matching, mileage reimbursement, and a cell phone reimbursement.
