Benchmark Human Services is hiring a full-time Supported Living Supervisor in Marion, Indiana to supervise and train Direct Support Professionals, manage staffing schedules, ensure client safety, participate in interdisciplinary planning, complete required documentation, support Medicaid eligibility, and communicate with families and service providers. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, at least one year of supervisory experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
