Description
The Supportive Housing Advocate provides intensive, on-site case management and service coordination for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in a supportive housing setting. The role includes crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy, service referrals, individualized service planning, life-skills coaching, transportation, community collaboration, documentation, and program leadership. It is a full-time position in Oswego with two schedules, paying $18.18 to $22.45 per hour, and requires a bachelor's or associate's degree in human services with the specified experience, a valid New York State driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work rotating on-call emergency services.
