Wellspring is hiring a full-time Supportive Housing Program Case Manager to assess clients’ needs and goals, create service plans, coordinate housing and recovery services, conduct home visits, provide life-skills and crisis support, advocate for benefits and client rights, and connect clients with medical, employment, educational, and community resources. The role requires a personal vehicle, a bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework and experience, and offers $45,000–$50,000 plus mileage reimbursement and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
