Description
The role supervises daily resupply and warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, SAP updates, material handling, picking coordination, delivery, and manufacturing support. It leads and coaches forklift operators and contract labor, plans manpower, monitors performance, enforces safety and housekeeping standards, investigates incidents, and supports Lean, Kaizen, and cost-reduction initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field, 3–6 years of warehouse operations experience, at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and hands-on SAP experience; a forklift license is preferred. The role may follow an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
