Description
Lam Research is hiring a senior engineering leader for its Engineering Information Systems team in Bangalore to own CAD and PDM systems, lead technical teams and vendors, manage PLM/PDM processes and digital engineering initiatives, oversee budgets and resource planning, and drive operational excellence. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 14–16 years of progressive experience in CAD, PLM/PDM, engineering systems, product development, digital engineering, or engineering automation, and at least three years of first-line people management experience. The position may follow an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
