Description
Molex is hiring a Supervisor de Facilities in El Salto, Jalisco to lead the Facilities team and ensure the reliability of manufacturing infrastructure, utilities, and critical systems. The role oversees electrical, HVAC, compressed air, industrial water, and fire-protection systems; manages preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; responds to infrastructure emergencies; coordinates contractors and EHS compliance; monitors operational performance indicators; and supports CAPEX, energy-saving, and infrastructure improvement projects. Candidates need an electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronics, or related engineering background, at least five years of Facilities or industrial maintenance experience, supervisory experience, and knowledge of industrial electrical, HVAC, compressed air, fire-protection, and industrial EHS systems.
