Description
The Facilities Engineering Supervisor leads and supervises assigned Facilities Engineering staff, overseeing requisitioned, corrective, emergency, and preventative maintenance of buildings, equipment, and off-site facilities. The role schedules maintenance work, inspects facilities, maintains compliance records, coordinates training, orders supplies, supports emergency response, and may assume Engineering Department responsibilities when the Engineering Manager is absent. The position is based at Oconee Memorial Hospital’s Oconee Medical Campus and requires post-high-school education or a technical college/certificate program, three years of leadership and general maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of building automation systems.
