Description

This is a front-line Surety sales role responsible for developing and managing Surety sales opportunities across a defined region. The sales representative will achieve sales goals by selling to and building relationships with agents, utilizing existing agency plants and identifying new production sources. They will educate producers on RLI's bond issuance system and promote other RLI surety products.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years of experience in a similar field or position.
5 years of sales experience in surety or related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to use analytical methods in appointing agents to ensure the growth of the company’s surety product line.
Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to management on insurance sales matters.
Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with agencies on the company’s surety lines of business.
