Ford is hiring a Class A Surface Development Primary to lead surface quality and Class A surface development for a vehicle program. The role integrates engineering requirements with design vision, coordinates surface interfaces and data, manages surface changes and product history, supports the Surfacing Team, and mentors Class A Surface Designers. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least 7 years of Class A surfacing experience, and proficiency with tools such as ICEM Surf, CATIA ISD, Alias, Team Center, and Reference Manager. The position is hybrid in Long Beach, California, with onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a base salary of $109,100 to $182,800.
