Boart Longyear is hiring a Surface Diamond Drilling Supervisor to oversee and ensure the efficient, safe, cost-effective, and quality operation of a drill site. The role manages staff, equipment, site setup and housekeeping, training and mentorship, reporting, inventory, client communication, and documentation, while supporting daily KPIs. Candidates need 3–5 years of drilling-services experience, registered drilling qualifications, a valid Standard First Aid Certificate, strong safety and leadership skills, project-management and communication abilities, a valid driver’s license, and computer skills.
