Fisher Barton is hiring a Surface Engineering Technician 1 to operate, set up, adjust, program, and troubleshoot surface-engineering machines and tooling in a manufacturing production cell. The role rotates through coating processes such as washing, masking, grit blasting, powder feeding, wire-reel replacement, spraying and cladding, heat treating, inspection, packaging, and material handling, while maintaining quality documentation, safety procedures, and 5S standards. The position is based in Watertown, Wisconsin, on the first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with overtime available, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
