STRÖHER GmbH is hiring a full-time Surface Finishing Employee to support production and design work in a digital printing and surface-finishing environment. The role involves operating digital printing systems, preparing and loading glazed decoration cabinets, creating and adjusting production data in Photoshop, monitoring production and quality control, developing engobes and glazes, conducting laboratory inspections, and coordinating with international technicians and internal departments. The position requires technical production knowledge, basic Photoshop and Microsoft Office skills, structured and communicative working habits, English proficiency, and willingness to work rotating shifts and on-call weekends.
