Description
EQT is hiring a Surface Land Agent II/III/IV to acquire and manage surface rights for upstream infrastructure projects, including well sites, facilities, and related assets. The role involves verifying surface and gas estate ownership, negotiating and preparing surface agreements and road rights-of-way, conducting title and oil-and-gas due diligence, managing contractors and external land agents, coordinating with surveying, permitting, engineering, and construction teams, and supporting construction and reclamation activities. The position is primarily remote with field travel across the operating area and requires at least three years of relevant surface land experience.
