Description
The SMT Manufacturing Technician supports the setup, startup, shutdown, and operation of full surface-mount technology lines and PCBA assemblies. Responsibilities include preparing workspaces, adjusting feeders, loading and replenishing reels, performing visual inspections, verifying BOMs and engineering drawings, communicating with supervisors and engineers, and using SAP and barcode systems. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, close-range visual detail, repetitive motion and dexterity, hand-tool and computer operation, and the ability to work independently or in a team. The U.S.-based position pays $21–$26 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
