Description
The Surface Processing Employee loads and prepares workpieces for vibratory grinding, performs glass bead blasting and sandblasting, deburs and grinds parts, conducts visual quality inspection, and packs finished goods for shipment. The role requires practical hands-on skills, attention to detail, reliability, and knowledge of German or Russian; initial metalworking or surface-processing experience is preferred but candidates with good hands-on skills are welcome.
