The role leads technical and disciplinary work in KTL and powder coating, manages staffing and personnel development, optimizes production processes, handles quality deviations, enforces safety and order, and coordinates product improvement with neighboring departments. Candidates need vocational training in industrial metal master, technician, or a comparable qualification; galvanizing or chemistry training is desirable, as is an AdA trainer certificate.
