Description
The Surface Treatment / Heat Treatment (ST-HT) Supervisor leads a hands-on industrial team, organizes production to meet safety, quality, cost, and deadline targets, develops employee skills, drives continuous improvement, ensures compliance with aerospace standards, and serves as the link between shop-floor operations and management. The role requires industrial production experience, ideally in surface treatment, heat treatment, or metallurgy, along with strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. It follows a 2X8 team-shift schedule and is open to employee referrals.
